What we keep, and who sees it.

What a league stores with us

  • Player names, birth dates, and rosters; the parent contacts a commissioner imports; evaluations; draft results; schedules; and the announcements a league sends.
  • Commissioner and director accounts: a name and an e-mail address. Coaches join a draft room with a code and need no account.

Who sees it

  • The league's own commissioners and directors, within their division. A published schedule is public at its own address, and a team's public page shows that team's roster in abbreviated form with jersey numbers and positions, plus the statistics and spray charts a league chooses to publish; nothing else about a player is public.
  • We do not sell data, and we do not use a league's data to advertise.

Payments

  • Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe receives the league's name and our account identifiers as metadata, the billing contact's name and e-mail, the card and billing address the contact enters on Stripe's own page (we never see the card number), and for each invoice the month, the active-player count, the amount, the tax, and the plan's identifiers.
  • Stripe sends invoices and receipts on our behalf, and keeps its own records of the payments it processes.

E-mail

  • We e-mail commissioners about their league: billing, the free period, a failed payment, a cancellation, and announcements they choose to send to families.
  • Announcement e-mails to families go out under the league's name; replies go to the league.

Non-payment

  • A league that stops paying becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted, archived, hidden, or exported away for a billing reason, ever.

League Messenger

Perfect League Messenger keeps your display name, verified email addresses, signed-in devices, notification preferences, blocked people, and the messages you send.

Your roster contacts and coaching assignments determine your teams. A team channel is for its families and coaches; its People sheet shows who can read it. Direct messages are for the two people in that conversation. Announcements reach the league, sport, or division named above them.

Reporting a message shares the reason, its words, the author’s display name, when and where it was sent, and the reporter with league moderators. No attachment or media URL is included in the email. Moderators review the reported message through an authenticated page.

Deleting your account

In Messenger, open You and choose Delete account. This deletes your account across every league and unlinks all your email addresses. Your sign-in credentials, registered devices, notification settings, and blocks are deleted.

We erase the stored text and attachments of your messages from channels. Channels show “Message removed”; surviving author and direct-conversation names show “A deleted account”.

Reported messages are the retention exception. A report keeps the message’s words and attachment metadata, the author’s display name, account ID and verified email addresses, and the reporter’s name and account ID as recorded when it was reported. This record, its reason and its times remain after account deletion for the league’s and the platform’s legal purposes. Account email addresses are not included in report emails or the moderator’s message view.

Deleting your account neither withdraws a player nor changes the contacts your league keeps on its roster. A later sign-in creates a new account, with access determined by the roster at that time.

A league’s sole commissioner must appoint another commissioner first. Accounts holding league approvals or scheduling scenarios must resolve those records with a commissioner on the league’s Members page before deletion. Your saved agent workflows, scheduling previews, and scheduling receipts are deleted with your account.

You can also request deletion without the app. Email us from an address linked to your account; we will send a confirmation challenge to an address already verified on the account and verify your reply before deleting it.
